ONE & ONE TRAINING

Our training are designed to be extremely practical and intensive. They are not only formulated around technical ball mastery skills but also allow our players to attain the essential knowledge for the tactical, psychological, and physical aspects of the game; building entirely on all foundations of player development and game improvement.

To ensure that every player, regardless of his or her current playing level can find a training program that works for them and is best suited to their needs, we offer a variety of training packages for our young athletes to choose from at their discretion.

All training sessions: 1 hour 15mins

  • The warm up (10mins) – This includes stretches and exercises to raise the heart rate of the players and get their bodies warmed up for action.
  • Speed and agility with/without the ball (15mins) – these consist of speed and agility training that use exercises such as cone drills or ladder drills. The purpose of these training is to enable our players to complete different movement patterns, change of direction, foot patterns as fast as their skill level allows them to attain.
  • Ball mastery/technical drills (20mins) – these are designed to promote our young athletes’ technical skills on the playing field. The purpose of this undertaking is that the technical skills that the players develop will eventually come in handy in an adaptive and flexible manner in real soccer matches. These drills enable our players to combine their technical skills with decision making abilities to achieve the collective success of a team.
  • Tactical/Game related play (30mins) – At the end of every session, we have scrimmages or game related activities to help our players to express tactical game play decision making, strategic thinking ability and incorporate the technical skills that every extraordinary soccer player must possess to make the correct decisions on the pitch that can help their team achieve the desired results.

One & One Private Training

The 1 on 1 private training and mentorship program is an assessment based training and development program that solely focuses on every untouched aspect of the player’s game in detail. The player gets to develop their on and off pitch skills with exclusive attention from their coach.
Once the assessment of the playing level and the current skills of the player is complete, our training/coach will create a specific program that is tailored to improve the areas that were pointed out in the assessment, so as to help develop a player’s game for more immediate and effective results.
This training package helps our players, especially the ones that are just at a starting level to essentially “ come out of their cages” and provides them an opportunity to express themselves and grow through constant trial and error in a safe, fun space without any fear of judgment.

GROUP TRAINING

The group training service are well suited for both developing young players or advanced players that are ready to train with players such as themselves pertaining to age group and similar playing level.
In these sessions, our trainer/coach will create plans that help each player play to their individual strengths and help them understand how individual skills can be brought together to achieve results in a team setting.
The athletes who take part in this training program have the opportunity to not only play with other young players in their respective bracket and also learn team work, but they are exposed to improving their interpersonal skills and possibly make some lifelong friends along the way!
